How do I split activites on a repair order and move them to another repair order?

Activities, and their assigned parts, can be moved from one repair order to another repair order from the Complete RO screen by clicking on the Split RO button when you are on the repair order to be split.

From the split RO screen, click on Select RO to select an existing repair order to move the activity to, or click New RO to create a new repair order.

When creating a new RO, you will be prompted to confirm the owner, unit number, invoice to, and date.  Click Create New RO to continue.

Once an RO is selected on the right-hand side, use the Move or Copy buttons to move activities.  The Move button with remove the activity, and any related parts, from its existing repair order to the new one.  The Copy button will copy over the same labor and parts, without deleting it from the existing repair order (this is handy if you want to recreate the same repair order or parts of it).

In the example pictured below, the Navigation System Installation activity has been moved to the new repair order.
